The City of Crochet: The Sideways Lace Scarf Pattern

The City of Crochet: The Sideways Lace Scarf Pattern

This is a very pretty and easy to do pattern. Can hardly wait to have my new home organized so I can start my retirement:)
I am so thankful that my rent is paid up to12/31, and, I got Jan 2014 as the rent free month for signing a one year lease. God certainly works in mysterious ways. He obviously knew that my days were numbered at my last job. And, He certainly knew I couldn't take anymore chaos with the lunatics-running-the-asylum way of management.
How many of you would walk away from a good paying job because your morals and ethics were compromised on a nearly daily basis? God blesses you if and when you trust His plan for your life. God is good!

I hope you all had a blessed Thanksgiving Day. I spent a great day with my kids. They made a wonderful meal of chicken, ham, roast beef (which we forgot), stuffing, fresh green beans, fabulous salad, artery clogging mashed potatoes with gravy, corn bread muffins, AND just in case that wasn't enough....Pecan & pumpkin pies with REAL Whipped cream. Yummy! Then we had coffee & played my favorite game! SCRABBLE! It's an updated version. Power plays with blank tiles being worth 3 points & STAR tiles to reserve spaces at end of words. I think the old version is more fun & challenging.

Made By Julie aka Yarn Girl   Hope to be doing this soon. Maybe raise the interest in needle crafts in youngsters & men. The prettiest & easiest patterns are made by the Crochet Dude. Wish me luck;)
